Jesse is a safety and environmental professional with over a decade of experience working across construction, automotive, and large-scale manufacturing. His background includes everything from frontline roles in auto shops to leading environmental programs for multi-site operations in the food and petcare industries. He understands the work because he’s done it and he knows how to build systems that support the people doing it every day.

Jesse earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health and Safety from Missouri Southern State University, a program accredited by the Environmental Health Science and Protection Accreditation Council (EHAC). He has his Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP) and Master of Science in Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout.

Throughout his career, Jesse has helped teams move from noncompliance to audit-ready. His work includes air and stormwater permitting, ISO 14001 and 45001 systems, hazard communication programs, incident investigation, and practical, field-tested training. He has led both on-site and corporate-level initiatives, always with a focus on clarity, accountability, and results.
